O desfile Cívico de aniversário de 158 anos de emancipação político-administrativa de Formiga foi realizado nesta segunda-feira (6), na rua Barão de Piumhi e praça Getúlio Vargas. Algumas autoridades marcaram presença no palanque.
As bandeiras foram hasteadas pelo prefeito de Formiga Moacir Ribeiro; pelo comandante do 63º Batalhão, Major Wellington Levi e pelo tenente Geovani Eustáquio Barros.
Os atiradores do TG 04-030 abriram o desfile de 6 de junho. Em seguida, marcaram presença as 44 crianças da Apromid.
Em continuidade, participaram da comemoração os alunos dos Centros de Educação Infantil, do Patronato São Luís, das escolas municipais, estaduais, escoteiros e Colégio Santa Teresinha.
O formiguense Cláudio Bernardes, que participou da passagem da Tocha Olímpica no dia 15 do mês passado, em São João Del Rei, também marcou presença no evento.
